Evren , Ankara

Evren, aforetime Çikinagil, is a boondocks and commune of Ankara Province in the Central Anatolia arena of Turkey, 178 km from the city-limits of Ankara. According to 2000 census, citizenry of the commune is 6,167 of which 4,363 reside in the boondocks of Evren. The commune covers an breadth of 218 km².

Name

This baby limited boondocks on the banks of Hirfanli reservoir, was aforetime accepted as Çikinagil, and was renamed in honour of Kenan Evren, above admiral of Turkey.
